How do I buy Campsite Passes?

To purchase your camp passes, click on "Buy Tickets Now" tab at the top. Select how many passes you need of each, and purchase through our secure online portal. Camp passes to not permit access to the event venue. To make your purchase over the phone, please call (928)684-2690 and speak with Angie or Megan.

Campsite passes will be available at the gate for pickup or purchase.

Do I need one camp pass or more?

A camp pass is needed for each camp site. A camp site is good for one RV/camp trailer or up to two tents. Only one vehicle per camp site (including vehicle used to tow). For additional questions, please call Megan or Angie at (928)684-2690.

Can we bring food and drinks?

You may bring food and drinks in the camp area only (no glass). You may not bring food or beverages into the festival event area or venue. Underage persons consuming alcohol will be ejected from the premises or will be reported to local law enforcement. No refunds if a person is asked to leave. 

Can I bring my ATV or Golf Cart?

ATV's and golf carts are not allowed to be driven off Flying E Ranch designated roads and must abide by rules of street vehicles. If trailered, it must fit within the confines of your campsite. Trailers will not be allowed in the parking zone to allow room for all attendees. A charge will be imposed for additional trailers or vehicles in the campgrounds.

Can I have a fire at my campsite?

Sure! All campfires must be in a contained propane fire pit. No wood burning fire pits. Pellet grills and propane grills are allowed.

When can I come to set up my campsite?

We are allowing access to the campgrounds as early as Thursday, March 23rd. Campsites must be cleaned and cleared by Monday, March 27th at 12:00PM. No additional charge will be imposed if camping within these time frames.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets will not be allowed in the event venue and heavily regulated in the campgrounds. If bringing a pet, it is at the discretion of Flying E staff if the pet is being disruptive, aggressive, or other. Pets absolutely must be on a leash, kept within your campsite, and not disruptive to other campers. Flying E Ranch staff has the right to ask you to remove the pet from premises for any reason and will not offer a refund to any camp spot or wristband. Pets that cause damage to property, persons, livestock, or else, owners will be charged for damages using the card the campsite was purchased with. No notice will be given.

Are there hookups?

No. There are no hookups or other amenities offered to campers. This is a "pack in pack out" campground. Trash or other debris left behind will subject campsite purchaser to a cleanup fee at the discretion of Flying E Ranch management or staff without notice using the card on file used to purchase the Camping Pass. 

Can I bring my weapon?

Absolutely no weapons are permitted for the safety of all guests and animals. Attendees, visitors, and campers are subject to removal of premises at the discretion of Flying E Ranch management or staff without notice and without refund of pass.
