Important Camp Pass Information

How do I buy Campsite Passes?

To purchase your camp passes, click on the get tickets here button on the Party in the Desert page or call (928)684-2690. We do NOT use any other means of purchase or third party vendors. Purchased or transferred tickets not directly purchased through us cannot be redeemed or validated.

Camp passes do not permit access to the event venue and are an add-on. Festival passes must be purchased to enter the premises.

Do I need one camp pass or more?

Each camp pass is good for one RV/camper or up to two tents. Only one vehicle per camp site (including vehicle used to tow). Other trailers are not permitted without an additional camp pass.

Camping passes do not include festival passes. You will not be able to enter the premises without your festival passes so please keep this in mind upon arrival if coming in early.

Campground Rules & Setup

Can I bring my pet?

Pets will not be allowed. We love our fur babies but cannot allow pets. There are great boarding facilities nearby. For recommendations, please just ask and we will be glad to provide a few of our favorites.

When can I come to set up?

We are allowing access to the campgrounds as early as Thursday, the day before the festival. We will send an email notification with the specific time, but typically allow guests in between 3:00P-8:00P and open entrance back on Friday at 8:00AM. Campsites must be cleaned and cleared by Monday at 12:00PM following the festival.

Can I camp with my friends?

We sure hope so! This year, we will allow camping with friends!! Purchase your tickets now, and let us know who you are camping with in the notes. We will assign campsites based on when you places your order but we will take consideration if you let us know you came with someone.

Bold Frontier Regulations

Can we bring food and drinks?

You may bring food and drinks in the camp area only (no glass). You may not bring food, beverages, or beverages into the festival event area or venue. Underage persons consuming alcohol will be ejected from the premises or will be reported to local law enforcement.

Can I bring my ATV or Golf Cart?

ATV’s and golf carts are not allowed to be driven off Flying E Ranch designated roads and must abide by rules of street vehicles. If trailered, it must fit within the confines of your campsite.

Can I have a fire at my campsite?

Sure! All campfires must be in a contained propane fire pit. No wood burning fire pits. Pellet grills and propane grills are allowed.

Are there hookups?

No. There are no hookups or other amenities offered to campers. This is a “pack in pack out” campground. Trash or other debris left behind will subject campsite purchaser to a cleanup fee.

Can I bring my weapon?

Absolutely no weapons are permitted for the safety of all guests and animals. Attendees, visitors, and campers are subject to removal of premises at the discretion of Flying E Ranch management or staff without notice and without refund of pass.
