Prohibited Items

Venue Prohibitions: Absolutely no animals, alcohol, food, beverages (including water bottles or beverage containers), weapons, glass, or coolers can be brought into the event venue. All bags and/or containers will be searched prior to entrance. Attendees who are found to have such items within the event gates will be asked to leave with no refund provided. Other items deemed prohibited is at the staffs discretion.

Camping Prohibitions: The exception to this rule is that coolers, food, and beverages (excluding glass) can be brought into camping grounds if outside the event venue. Absolutely no animals, weapons, glass can be brought into the camping grounds.  Underage drinking and/or unruly behavior anywhere on property, including camp grounds, remain strictly prohibited.

Payments and Refund Policy

Full payment must be made for tickets in order to reserve your spot. If you have a seat or ticket held without payment, we are unable to guarantee your spot.

Purchaser Cancellations: All tickets are specific for the date and event that you made the purchase for. Due to the limited availability of seating and reservations, we are unable to switch dates or to provide refunds. Please carefully consider your dates and availability prior to purchase.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please know that we have a no-refund policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Venue Cancellations: Although we will never cancel an event unless 100% necessary, in the event of a cancellation, funds paid will be credited to a future event in the full amount paid.

Tickets and Admittance

Tickets can only be purchased through Flying E Ranch. We do not sell or allow for transfers through third parties or external platforms. The only way to purchase is through FlyingERanch.com, in our Wickenburg office, or by phone at (928)684-2690. If tickets are purchased or transfered through any other channel, we are unable to validate or redeem.

Purchases Made Online: If you purchased your VIP or general admission tickets online, you should receive an email with a receipt. These emails do often go to your spam folder. Once the purchase has been made, we receive your information and it will be available at the front gate/will-call. All you need is an ID for the name used to purchase the tickets. If you do not receive your receipt, we can resend it to you if you email us at [email protected].

It is good practice to have your order on your phone as a back up in case additional information is needed. For best practice, it is recommended to create an account at time of purchase and login prior to future purchases. All orders made will then be available in your account information for futrure retrieval. For login issues, or to connect old orders to your newly created account, please contact [email protected] or [email protected].

Purchases made by Phone or In-Person: If you made your ticket purchase on the phone or in-person, your name is generated on a list available to will-call at the front gate. Once the purchase has been made, we input your information and it will be available at the front gate/will-call. All you need is an ID for the name used to purchase the tickets. It is good practice to have the confirmation email and/or receipt as a back up in case additional information is needed.

Purchases are not available through third parties or transfers. Flying E Ranch does not provide a ticket transfer service. Transferring tickets or purchasing from a private party will remain at your own risk and we cannot guarantee legitimacy of those tickets. Fraudulant tickets are not accepted or redeemed. The ticket purchaser is the only individual who can transfer the name on the tickets. To prevent fraud, we do allow a free service to confirm ticket ownership. We recommend sending an email to [email protected] with the purchaser and the seller copied. We can confirm ownership of the tickets, and the amount paid. Do not accept a forwarded email as validation.

Promotions: We do occassionally allow for promotions to include free tickets through reputable and well known vendors (such as 96.3 Real Country or KNIX). Promotions can be verified by emailing us at [email protected] or by phone at (928)684.2690. We will never allow for promotions that require collection of sensitive information or credit card details. Promotions for discounted tickets or services are not valid.

General Liability Statement

By entering our premises, you assume any risks in regards to health, injury, damage, loss, or other to persons or their belongings. By entering the Flying E Ranch property or event areas, you waive any and all claims for breach of warranty of fitness, negligence, or other action against any of the Flying E Ranch staff, agents, or partners. By entering our facilities and or property, you agree to allow Flying E Ranch and its affiliates with permission to use any photos in their flyers, website, brochure, or other marketing material.
