PAYMENT, GRATUITIES, AND CANCELLATION

Payment by cash, personal check, Mastercard/Visa, or traveler’s check. 7.27% lodging tax. 6.3% tax on meals and merchandise.

Gratuities are discretionary but appreciated and should reflect the quality of service received. A tip of 15 percent is customary. The Tip Fund supports all employees and may be included in departure check

Your booking fee is required to be paid in full at the time of booking on the website. If you cancel your reservation with 14 days or more of your stay, you will not be charging a fee and will get a full refund. If you request to cancel your reservation 14 days or less before your stay, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee.
