American Plan Rates include a variety of room accommodations, services, three 'family-style' meals and all ranch activities, except horses.

No-Bar!  Bring your own bottle! Ice and mixes furnished for cocktail hour in saloon! Dips 'n chips too! Adults only please.

Gratuities are discretionary and appreciated (15% is customary) and should reflect the quality of service received. The Tip-Fund embraces all employees and may be included in departure check. No pets (kennels nearby). Payment by cash, personal check, Mastercard/Visa, or travelers checks. 7.27% sales tax.

Reservations are required.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A $150 deposit per person is required to hold your reservation. The deposit, less a 10% cancellation fee will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 60 days before your arrival date.

We recommend Traveler's Insurance to protect your deposit.

RIDING (Per Person) (Horses are not included in lodging rates) One Ride (per day) -- $35 Two Rides (per day) -- $50 Weekly (6 1/2 consecutive days includes Sunday) -- $250 Guests who exceed 250lbs may have riding limitations. Children must be at least 6 years old to ride on our trails with the discretion of our head wrangler. Children are welcome!  We're a "family ranch"!  The greatest lifetime memory of ranch life to a child is the horse they rode!
